Welcome to my briefing.

 This section is an online book of tidbits and facts that I've gathered through my many years as a project manager.

I keep finding good rules to live by and tips and tricks everyday. It's common for me to find myself with a really hard problem and need to do the research to find a solution.

As I run into these problems I will post summations of the solution in the PM briefing section. I will also add any good to know info or opinions that I find myself gravitating to in this section.

I'd rather place this knowledge into an online "book" rather then a blog because it makes for easier organizing and I am not pressed into updating on a set timetable.
